Should you prefer to contact the seller directly, you can do so using the following steps:
- Sign in to your account, clicking ‘login/register‘ at the top right of the page on desktop or at the top of the open menu on mobile.
- Click on the ‘orders’ link within your dashboard.
- Select the order you want to cancel by clicking the ‘view order’ button to the right of the order, the sellers contact details can be found beneath the order delivery and shipping addresses
