There are situations in which you can lose your right to cancel, for example, if you open the seal on goods making them not suitable for return or due to health and hygiene reasons and/or they got mixed with other items after they had been delivered. The below list is not exhaustive of products that cannot be cancelled.
- Anything that is made to your specific requirement/measurements
- Any item is personalised, or otherwise cannot be resold due to bespoke alterations
- Perishable products (for example, food or flowers)
- Creative items that have been specially commissioned by you when the order was placed (for example. artwork, sculptures and/or ceramics)
- Personal items which are sold with a hygiene seal (for example. earrings/cosmetics) where the seal is broken
- Material face masks
