You have the right to cancel at any time from the time you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is often referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
- Goods: 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product(s). Once you have cancelled your order you then have a further 14 days to return the product(s) back to the Seller.
- Digital content: 14 days from the day after the order was made. However, if you want to start a digital service within the 14 days, you will usually be asked to give your agreement in writing. This then means you cannot then cancel. However, you are able to get a refund minus the proportionate cost of anything you have used.
