If your order has not yet been received by the Seller or not yet dispatched, contact the Seller to advise them that you wish to cancel your order. You can do this by:
- Signing in to your account, clicking ‘login/register‘ at the top right of the page on desktop or at the top of the open menu on mobile, clicking ‘orders’ within this menu. Select the order you want to cancel by clicking the ‘view order’ button to the right of the order, the sellers contact details can be found beneath the order delivery and shipping addresses; OR
- Going to our ‘order cancel request form’ and requesting Ingenious Gifts team request this for you. Due to opening hours and volume, this could cause a delay.
