I have a complaint about a product, what should I do?

We have a very strict policy with regards to the type of products which are sold through Ingenious Gifts. We approve every product before it is listed to ensure these guidelines are adhered to.

Our Sellers ensure accurate product descriptions and images are in place so that you can make informed decisions before making a purchase. If you felt the description or image was misleading please contact the Seller directly by logging into your account, visit the ‘orders’ section and use the sellers information available on each order to get in touch.
