How do I know if the Seller has received my returned product?

You will need to contact the Seller directly. You can do this using the sellers contact details available on your order details.

  1. Sign in to your account, clicking ‘login/register at the top right of the page on desktop or at the top of the open menu on mobile.
  2. Click on the ‘orders’ link within your dashboard.
  3. Select your order by clicking the ‘view order’ button to the right of the order, the sellers contact details can be found beneath the order delivery and shipping addresses
