In some cases, a lack of what a customer would consider as a vital piece of information could be the difference between a sale and no sale. I have highlighted below some examples of different situations I as an admin have been questioned upon directly.
- Make sure the dimensions have been added in on each variation of your product, should they be different in size.
- If you offer gift wrapping options or personalisation, take advantage of the product add-ons feature and give your customer the clear opportunity to provide this information.
